After a somewhat trying day yesterday with my child this may be my favorite conversation with Liam yet:
M: Liam! You do not act or talk to me like that! Watch your attitude or we will not be going to the park!
L: No, no, no, no, no. You supposed to say if you act like that again then you will go upstairs to your room. Not that we don't get to go to the park.
M: (laughing hysterically in my head but somehow able to keep a straight face) If you act like that again not only will you go to your room you will also not go to the park. How's that?
