Music time

I love that the Bloomington Parks department has so many great options of activities to do with your child.

On Wednesday Liam and I were able to go to 'Tiny melodies’ which is a music class for youngsters and their parents. Miss Meryl is a music therapist so it’s fun to see Liam enjoying the music but Meryl is constantly talking to the parents also and explaining what each song is supposed to teach the kids. Our 45 minute, six week class is looking like it will be lots of fun.

It’s also fun to see Liam in a different setting. It’s very interesting to me how at home and around family he is a rough and tumble boy; but at church, the library, music class or tumbling he is just like Evan. Very quiet and shy and unsure if he should really join in on the festivities.

Evan tells me that I am not quiet or shy or unsure of anything. I guess he’s right. :)
