NO!

At almost 21 months all I hear all day is Mama! and NO!

M: Are you done eating?
L: NO!
M: So do you want more spaghetti?
L: NO!
M: Liam that makes no sense, do you want something else to eat?
L: NO!
M: So you’re done then...
L: NO!

This is just a sample of some of my conversations all day long. At 9:00 am this morning it was beginning to look like it would be a very, very long day.

I try to teach Liam his colors, his numbers, or new words. But all I hear in return is NO!

Hello terrible two’s, we have been flirting with you for awhile now, but I see you are here to stay.
